Our studio will offer infrared hot Yoga, steam enhanced classes, and warm Yoga options so you can choose the practice that supports your body each day.

Infrared heat creates a gentle steady warmth that supports your practice without feeling overwhelming. It warms the body directly, helping your muscles relax, stretch, and move with ease. This type of heat improves circulation, deepens mobility, and helps you feel grounded and present.
A heated practice naturally encourages the body to release tension and cleanse through sweat. As you move through each pose your muscles soften and your body works to let go of what it no longer needs. Many students say they feel lighter clearer and more energized after a heated session. The sweat is simply the result of working hard breathing deeply and creating space within yourself.

Lisa has been the driving force behind Lisa’s Bike and Bootcamp since 2011, creating a space built on community, strength, and unwavering support. Her ability to inspire others through movement is unmatched, and the hot Yoga studio is a natural extension of that mission. With years of experience motivating people to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, Lisa brings her signature energy, compassion, and commitment into this new space. Her goal is simple: to help every person who walks through the door feel supported, encouraged, and connected to a practice that strengthens both body and mind.
