What To Expect

We want your visit to feel calm comfortable and welcoming. Here is what you can expect when you walk into Lisa’s Hot Yoga Studio and step onto your mat for the first time.

  • Our infrared hot yoga classes offer a steady heated environment between 90 and 100 degrees with added steam and music to elevate your experience. The heat warms the body from within, supporting deeper stretching, easier movement, and a more powerful flow.

  • For our warm yoga classes, the room is set to about 80 degrees, creating a gentle heat that helps the body open without overwhelming intensity.

  • Our instructors offer clear supportive cues and options for all students. Whether you are brand new or experienced you can move at your own pace and take breaks whenever needed.

  • From the moment you arrive you will be met with warmth and encouragement. Our goal is to create a space where everyone feels seen supported and comfortable returning again and again.
